RETURNS

Return Policy
Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us for shipping address if you want to send items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

Please confirm the color, size and style when placing your order according to pictures we offer. After receiving our products, if you are not satisfied with color or size, but not quality problems, exchange or partial refund of purchase amount are available. Return shipping is at buyer’s expense.

As to quality problems or mistaken version, please take photos of the items and send them to us. We take full responsibility if quality problems are concerned.

If you would like to exchange items for a different style or request refund, please inform us the tracking number after the items are being shipped back. Once we receive your package, we will ship the item you reorder or refund your payment.

Exchange
We will accept exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive the items.

All items sent back to us must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.

You will be responsible for the cost of return postage, shipping, exchanges, handling.

We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
